Change print presets
How do I change the presets in the print dialog box so that I can select 2 sided printing?
iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
if you printer supports duplexing open the print dialog in the application you are using.
you may see a duplex or two-sided option if the printer supports it and the driver is aware of the option.
If you don't see it some applications will have a drop down with the application shown (e.g. "Safari")
go to that drop down and change to Layout and additional options will be shown as "Two Sided" or "Duplexing", check off the option or choose one from the drop down depending on how the driver sets up the dialog which is determined by the developers of the driver.
you may be given an option to save or print, and it should keep the settings
if not go under Presets and save the settings or use the last one.
